Chicken hearts are a nutrient-rich striated muscle meat and are a good source of Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Phosphorus, Iron, and Zinc. Chicken liver is a good source of lean protein, Vitamin A, and Iron.
When ordered with fruits and veggies, this blend has apples, blueberries, strawberries, spinach, peas and carrots. The vegetables are blanched and puréed for digestive availability.
