USDA Beef. This product comes in approximately 50 lb cases. Each loin is vacuum sealed individually. Product will be weighed and cost adjusted accordingly. We will try to get as close to the 50 lbs as possible.

Chunk Beef is Whole chunks vacuum sealed. Each chunk can weigh between 8 and 30 lbs. On average it’s a 50 to 70 lb case. The $150 is a 50 lb case.
Please Note: if you prepaid, please be aware that there more than likely will be monies owed upon pickup as we don’t open cryovac meats to keep package integrity.
