Pheasants will be sold as whole birds by the lb. Â Please when you order, select how many lbs you would like and in the notes section at the end of your order, please notate how many birds you would like and price will be adjusted accordingly. Â If you have already paid for your order, please know that there may be money due upon pick up or delivery depending on the weight of the birds.
These are whole birds, USDA inspected and approved. Â They are kitchen ready for human consumption so they will be prepped accordingly.
