Description
This is a whole center cut pork loin cryovac’d from the USDA plant usually between 7 and 10 lbs. Price listed is per lb. If you prefer smaller, put 7 in your order quantity for lbs. if you want a larger cut, write 9. Just keep in mind that there could be a small amount due upon pick up.
If you absolutely need a very small piece like 1 lb or 3 lb, write in the notes section: smaller size pork loin needed and write whatever lbs you are looking for in the order quantity box on the order form. There will be a $1.50 repacking charge added to cover the cost of the labor and bag.
